Candidate shall report to Projects Engineering Manager and will be an integral member of a multi-discipline Small Project Department.

Candidate’s responsibilities shall include:

✓ Work closely with Engineering Manager and Quality Lead to ensure that technical assurance and quality requirements and processes are adhered to on the project.
✓ Coordinating with the individuals involved in the technical and quality verifications so that they know the objectives, scope, schedule, of the verification activities.
✓ Work with leadership personnel accountable and/or accountable management to develop the corrective actions for findings and assist in the identification of due dates and action owners through to closure.
✓ Provide feedback to the project verification team leader on how the Assurance programme can be improved.
✓ Reporting on the status of corrective actions, used as input to the findings KPIs and performance management.
✓ Support the management with day-to-days tasks and activities as directed. 
✓ Provide technical support, as necessary, to Small Projects – Brownfield and Greenfield Development Projects, Construction & Commissioning.
✓ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop a positive team working environment and communicate effectively with all levels of company personnel.
✓ Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks.
✓ Provide input to management of change process as required.
✓ Provide support as necessary to activity planning and progress reporting.
✓ Support all aspects of Engineering and Quality across the project and promote quality management and gathering feedback on performance to key stakeholders.
