Role Synopsis
This is an outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join an exciting Rumaila Operating Organization (ROO) division. This role will give the chance to contribute positively to help build a sustainable future for ROO and the people of Iraq.
The Management of Change (MOC) Planner is a role within the ROO M&E MOC team, reporting to the MOC Team Lead in the Maintenance and Engineering Function.
The incumbent will be tasked with delivering plans for minor modifications across the entire Rumaila field. They are responsible for strategic planning, technical decision-making, and utilisation of communication skills to ensure the safe and reliable timely delivery of multiple projects that comply with ROO values and standards.
Key Accountabilities
· Prepare and Maintain L2 Plans for all ongoing MOCs within Central Engineering Team.
· Prepare and Maintain L3 Plans for TAR related MOCs and other critical MOCs.
· Following up with relevant stakeholders to keep all plans & reports up to date.
· Responsible for updating & maintaining the CET ongoing work Hopper.
· Work with Area Engineering Leads (AEL) ,TAR Team and VRP teams to assign priorities to MOCs.
· Participate in TAR meetings from CET side and provide updates on ongoing MOCs within CET.
· Regular reviews of upcoming TARs Bookies boards and highlight any new additions/removals to the TAR scope.
· Work with Project teams MOC Coordinators for expected dates of their deliverables to plan for assurance.
· Work closely with MOC Coordinators to highlight urgent MOCs approvals.
· Follow up MOC part1 and part2 approvals in absence of MOC coordinators.
· Prepare MOC Close-out schedules for TAR MOCs and update weekly.
· Participate in Weekly MOC Management Team meetings, prepare and distribute actions list from the meetings.
· Prepare Weekly Engineers workload list (assigned MOCs).
· Prepare & send the following Weekly Reports:
o TAR MOCs for upcoming TARs.
o VRP and TRP program MOCs.
o PWD program MOCs.
o CAT D projects MOCs.
o Low Carbon/Flow Metering program MOCs.
o Small Projects related MOCs.
o Construction Services related MOCs.
· Responsible for interface between MOC engineering team & the operation integrated planning functions.
Essential Education
Degree/diploma qualified engineer
Essential experience and job requirements
Extensive and relevant industry experience in brownfield environments. At least 5 years of industry experience

· Ability to develop others and foster diverse relationships in a multicultural environment
